Mr Gladstone and Home Rule.
THE BILL TO BE BROUGHT UP AGAIN. (FEB PBESS ASSOCIATION). London, September 27. Mr Gladstone addressed a meeting of a thousand people at Edinburgh, and was received with great enthusiasm. He said to dissolve Parliament at the instance of the House of Lords would be a monstrous innovation. Tho Home Rule Bill would appear again next session, when the Government would lind means to insure it reaching its goal.
