MORE FIGHTING. THE FOETS SINK A STEAMEBj ALL HANDS SUPPOSED TO BE LOST. (PEE I'BESS ASSOCIATION). Paris, September 24, The Brazilian Legation here reports that the rebel warships at Bio de Janerio are entrapped and unable to retreat, fearing the fire of the forts. New Yobk, September 25. The rebels have captured San Fran* cisco, in Brazil. Rio de Janeibo, September 25. The forts sank one of the rebel steamers. The crew are said to be all drowned. It is reported that tho President has returned to the capital, and that the bombardment has estranged the feelings of sympathy for the rebels, formerly entertained by the populace.
