Feilding Borough Council.
. — + A special meeting of the above Council was held this morning, for the purpose of confirming the revised bye-laws of the Borough. Present— The Mayor (Mr E. Goodbehere), Councillors Morey, Fowles, Carthew, Chamberlain, and Worsfold. Proposed by the Mayor, seconded by Cr Morey, That notice be given that this Council do adopt, by special order, the following bye-laws :— " Carriers' Byelaw;" "Carriage Bye-law;" "Building Bye-law ;" " Miscellaneous Bye-laws ;" and that they be published in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Corporation Act, and that the said special order be confirmed at a special meeting of this Council, to be hold on Wednesday, the '.24th of October next. — Curried. Proposed by Cr Carthew, seconded by Cr Worsfold, That the subject of publishing the bye-laws be left in tho hands of His Worship the Mayor, Councillors Morey and Carthew, with power to act. — Carried. This being all the business, the Council adjourned. ______________
