Legislative Council.

The Council met at 2 30. The Native Land Validation of Titles Bill was put through its final stages. The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Bill wns further considered in j committee. All the clauses in the Bill relating to arbitration were struck out. Consequent on excision of clause 47 the previous day, clause 81 bringing Government railways under thn provision of the Bill wbb struck out by 19 to 11. The Bill was consequently reported with amendments.
