Messrs Laery aud Co. report under date September 7th, as follows :— Wheat— The market continues extremely dull, any business passing being of a hand-to-mouth character. Quotations however, remain unaltered. Prime milling 3s, medium to good, 2s 9d to 2s lOd. Fowl wheat is in moderate request at 2s 7d to 2s 8d for best samples. Oats— The market is well supplied with feed descriptions, and buyers show no disposition to increase their stocks at present price. Black Tartarian have met with considerable enquiry for seed purposes, and at time of writing the market is quite bare of suitable lines.
