Some little excitement was caused in Fergusson street yesterday morning, when a mare in Mr Pickering's cart sue ceeded in breaking avray, rushed through the town at full gallop, and made for Mrs Hftstie's stables, where she went into one of the stalls. The owner was getting into the vehicle at the time, had just taken up the reins, and was quickly pulled over the cart on to tho ground, without, however, sustaining any injury, neither did the mare suffer auy damage.
