New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company
(rEU PBESS ASSOCIATION' ) Auckland, September G. Judge Connolly, in the Supreme Court, granted an application by tbe New Zealand Loan and Mercantile A noncy Company, and appointed Mr Battley, tbe General Manager, as provisional liquidator in the colony for tiie Company. The appointment is understood to be purely formal, and enables deeds to be executed to confer oilier requisite powers in tbe liquidation for the protection of the Company's business, as also the assets of the Company, pending reconstruction.
