The Security and Fidelity of the Pub. lie Trustee's administration must bo considered of the utmost importance to every person contemplating the appointment of a trustee. Tho colony ijuarnntees thejitielitu of the administration, ami Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds invested at tho option of the Public Trustee. The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of tho properties placed in the Public Trust Ollice, a common rate of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guaranteo is in tho Guarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or iuKulncieut securities, and against loss from delay in investment, and for tho regular and punctual payment of tho interest, free of all charyes of the Public Trust Office. The Public Trustee cannot die, cannot leave the colony, cannot become disqualified, or involved in i>rivato dilliculties; and cannot be distrusted.
