Daw's coach broke down about two miles from Cheltenham , yesterday nwruing, and ho was not üblo to get through to Pemberton until 10 p.m., the mails being sent on by mounted messenger. The road fronting Mr Palmer's property at Birmingham is in a very bad state, and Muitlund's coach was delayed for twenty minutes on that account last night
