i• ♦ ■ i This weeks issue is a better number : than over. The farmers' column contains a capital descriptive account of an " ideal silo," which is of absorbing interest to the farming community. An article on " milk testing " will also be eagerly perused. Cribbing in horses is likewise touched upon, and the treatment for certain complaints in pigs, mapped out. The " Garden " contains an account of three valuable new varieties of potatoes from the pen of the editor of the " Rural Now Yorker," also useful hints on rose culture. Bill Nye discourses in his happy manner on the" Steam Radiator" The customary household recipes, and light reading matter, make up an exceptionally good number.
