His Honor held that he was not justi* fted on the efideoce in finding that the ' exchange (*ection 21 for section 771 was fraudulent and void under the Statute of Elisabeth or under the Bankruptcy Acts, but that the arrangement between the bankrupt and his wife, whereby the latter received LSOO, oo the sale of section 21 with the other sections belonging to the bankrupt was not a bonajfid-t arrangement, but wat made colluaively in contemplation of bankruptcy and with a view to defrauding Curuten*en'«( credi tor* to the extent of L2OO, and to that extent the payment must be declared fraudulent and voiJ, and Mrs Christen* sen ordered to refund L2OQ of the purchase money to the Assignee forthwith.
