At the Crown Lands Ofllco a ballot took place for several sections for which 151 applications wero opened for on« section in flu- Woodvillo Survey District. Forty personn applied for a small area at Norsewood. There were also largo numbers of applicants for three »icro village sections in Poverty Boy ; Hi' applied for fire sections placed on the market, Altogether in one week 341 applications wero received for ten see*
