Messrs F. U. Jackson A Co. report as follows: — We have a good demand for store cattle, especially prune ones. Good steers aro inquired for, and fat cattle are scarce. We have an alteration to quote in their value. 0 . Wo sold souio lines of breeding ewes privately during the week. Pigs aro selling in favor of the vendors. We quote — Cattle.— At Wavorley : Cows, £i Us; good heifers, up to I's us. At St. Hillstreet: Fat cows (light), £T» us ; hoit'ers, £3 Bs 6d ; young steers, £3 18s ; cows and calves, £5 13 : yearlings, X' 2 18$. Sheep. — Store wethers, lls to 12s 9d ; fat ewes, 10s ; fat wethers, 13s 3d ; hoggets, Bs Id. Pigs. — Porkers, 17s to 23s Gd ; smaller sorts, 9u Gd ; youug purs, Us lid.
