[Per Press Association] Ciiui.sTciiuut'ii, This Day. In tho Magistrates Court to-day G. Harper, solicitor, was charged ou the information of tho Official Assignee, that prior to hia bankruptcy on the 9th of March ho had contracted liabilities of £'10,045 without reasonable expectations of paying the same. The information was confined to only tho bankruptcy offences.
