A puoros.u. has been mooted to have the four sections of Manchester Square enclosed by means of posts and chains, and already several gentlemen have promised tho Mayor (Mr E, Goodbehere) to subscribe sums of money for that purpose. We hope the idea will bfi carried out because it would not only bo a vast improvement to the appearance of the Square, but a protection to the trees recently planted.
