Fifty of tbo rioters havo been killed, and tho hospitals aro tilled to overflowing with woundod. Burial parties are attacked by the rioters, and tho services of the military hare been called into requisition to protect them. Further reinforcements hare arrived. Ihe native journals urge the people to remnin calm. With the exception of the mosques and temples, very little damage as been done in the city by the rioters. London, August 14. The Queen has wired to Lord Harris expressing her grief at the riots in Bombay.
