The Auckland Election
i"Per Press Association.] Auckland, August 2 Mr Ciidman addressed the electors for the last time to night at Ponsonby. A heart}' vote of thanks was proposed and carried by a large majority, for his straightforward, manly, and truthful addresses. The meeting was somewhat lively, several men having to be ejected from tho hall by the police.
