The United Farmers' Alliance, Ltd , report as follows : — Wheat. — Them is very little offering excepting fowl-wheat, and quotations for other Borts nre nominal. Tuscan, pearl, and velvet. 3s 5d to 3s 6d ; Hunter's, 3s 6d ; whole fowl-wheat, 3s 3d ; broken do., 2s 9d to 3s. Oats. — The market shows nn ndvnuce on last week's quotations, and values are 2s 9d to 2s lid for seed sparrowbills, 2s 9d Tartars, 2s ,9d short feed, 2s 7d to 2s Sd long feed. Barley.— Cape barley. 2s 9d to 3s. Totaioes. — Owing to high prices ruling down. South, potatoes are firmly held here and present quotations are — Prime Derwents, 145s to L 4 15 ; Bruce's frostproof, 10s perewt; Breezes' Prolific, 9s ; Flukes and Kidneys, 7s to Bs. Chaff.— Oaten sheaf chaff, ?5s to 80s ; Btraw do, 60s to 60*.
