(rER PRESS ASSOCIATION). London, July 23. The Duke of Devonshire will move the rejection ot the Home Rule Bill in the House of Lords. During the discussion in the House on the financial clauses, Mr Chamberlain said that owing to Irish patriotism being a sickly plant, which required watering with British gold, Mr Gladstone had fixed her contribution under her taxable capacity.
