•[Per Press Association.] London, July 23. In his evidence in the court-martial to-day, Dc Herbert M. Ellis, fleet surgeon in dosoribing the condition of Admiral Tryon, deposed that he had a small ruuniug ulcer on his leg, otherwise he was woll and not affected by heat.
