fl'KB HtESS AKSOCUTION. | London, July 22. In the House of Commons to-duy, the Premier submitted the new financial clauses witn respect to the Home Rule Bill. These fix the contribution by tho Irish Legislature at £3,300,000. Mr J. Chamberlain, in discussing the clauses, asserted that Ireland was now asked to pay £'7)50,000 less than at present, and X1 ,800,000 less than she ought to pay. Mr J. Redmond characterises the new clauses a3 neither generous nor just. It is expected that the House of Lords will reject tho Home llulo Bill by 10 to 1.
