MORE GOLD DISCOVERIES. (FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Melbourne, July 14. A Bill passed the Legislative Assembly reducing the salary of future Governors to £7000, and members of Parliament's honorarium to L 270. Remarkably rich stone continues to come from the new find at Wood's Point. 400 lbs of stone was obtained in three hours, and it is expected to yield 50 oz. of gold per cwt.
