[Per Presa Association, j London, July 12. There was a stormy Bcene in the Housi of Commons last night. Mr Sexton de clared that Mr Broderick, member foi Guildford, was grossly impertinent ir terming the Irish an impecunious am garrulous race. He refused to withdraw the expression, and was ultimately or dered to leave the Chamber and sns pended for the sitting. At this there wai jireat uproar, and Mr Sexton refused tc withdraw unless Mr Urodenck apologised The Premier advised obedience to tht Chair; but when Mr Mellor, the Chanman of the Committee, requested Mr Sexton to retire he again refused, declar. ing he was the victim of the malicious interference of the clerk, Mr A. Miluian, He said he refused to submit to insult at the dictation of an English clerk. Messrs Healy and McNeil made situilfti attacks on Mr Milman. After a pro tractod altercation with tbe Chairman Mr Sexton, at Mr Gladstone's request, retired. . The Unionists made an effort to limit the number of Iriih members in the House of Commons, in proportion to I relaod'i payment towards the Imperial taxation, but without avail. They also failed to reduce tho representation from 80 to 48.
