A NICE BILL OF COSTS. (I'KK I'HKSS ASSOCIATION). Wkulinoton. July 2. Mr Jellicjo, who noted as courisol for T. K. Macdonald in the case, Colonial Bunk v Macdonald, has tendered an account for £1100 for his services, and Macdonald protested. The matter was taken into Cou^ 1 when the latter confessed judgfl^nt. Mr Jcllicno issued a writ of.ss<h;ution, which he placed in the bands of the Sherilf, who seized ""the property of Mrs MncdoiijiUl in pnrt satisfaction of the claim' This property is claimod by The Colonial Bank, which, on bearing of Mr Jellicoe claiming it, commenced an action to restrain proceodings on the judgment obtained by Mr Jollicoe, and yesterday Mr Justico Hicbmond granted an injunction restraining him from proceeding until a further order of the Court was made, and restraining the Sheriff from proceeding under tbo writs of sale.
