NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Feilding Borough Council, at a meeting to be held on the 6th day of July, 1893, to confirm the following resolution, viz. : — That a Special Bate of one penny in the pound be hereby made upon the rateable value of the whole of the rateable property within the Borough of Feilding for the purpose of paying the Interest on a Loan of £800 to provide onethird of the cost of a Bridge over the Oroua River at Aorange, to be borrowed under 11 The Local Bodies Loans' Act, 1886," and under clause 15 of " The Public Works Amendment Act, 1889"; such rate to be an annually recurring rate for 26 yearß, and payable in equal instalments on the first days of April and October in each year.
