Block XIIL Apiti ; E. Bell, sec tion 4, Block 111, Pohangina. 1 On Mr Pirani's motion it was decided to grant a title to E. Aker's section 27 Block XLV, Pohanuina, when the Commissioner approved of the ranger's reporl re improvement and residence. An opinion was received from the Mm ister of Lands to the effect that applications for revaluation could not be considered a second time. The following sections were forfeited : — Kd.and Thos. Faulkner, Bunnythorpo sections 1428 to 14431; F. J. Roberts Apiti, section 16. A list of settlers in arrear with their improvements was dealt with, and it was decided to giye notice that improvement! must be effected or forfeiture w'^ eusae. In answer to an inquiry from Mr Pir ani, the Commissioner stated that th< Minister had approved of the price oi the Forest Reserve Settlement sections as staled at the time of ballot, and se< lectors would be quite justified in getting their bush cut dowu at once.
