The Australian Eleven in England
(PER PBESi ASSOCIATION.) London, May 17. The first innings of the Australians closed for 503. In the first innings, Gloucestershire has lost eight wiokets for 86, Radlcliffe being top scorer with 14. The rain which fell to day made the wicket very heavy and the Austrnlian bowlers were simply unplayable. The innings of the Gloucestershire eleven closed for 41. At the conclusion of the innings play was abandoned owing to the rain.
