MR RETEMEYER'S EXPERIENCE. TO TUB EDITOR OF THB STAR. Sir,— Will Mr Retemeyer kindly give us the per centage of profit from separator as compared with pan-set butter. All experts knowledge goes to prove that 10 per cent, is right. I would like to know if Mr Reteuieyer's experience confirms this or otherwise ? Also in running his cows against the National Bank cows, did he pick those 15 cows (which he gave the average of) out of his herd, or what average number of cows he milked during the three years he was comparing the separator with the pan-set system. I am, etc., Inquibeb.
