Sudden Death of a Boxer
» (PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland. This Day. Richard Sandell, a well-known amateur boxer, dropped dead in bis shop this morning, after a friendly tussle with a young man named Edward Burke, over the possession of a packet ot cigarettes. Deceased was aged 29, married, but no family. Sandell was one of the defendants in the case of the fatal glove fight which resulted in the death of Richard Forgio.
