(PER I'BESS association.) London, May 2. In reply to Mr T. W. Russell, member for Tyrone, Mr Gladstone repeated his statement that he was prepared to consider the treatment for Ulster separate from that for the rest of Ireland. He said he believed Mr Parnell would have approved of such a step, pro y ided it brought concord among the various sections. The Nationalists do not view the proposal with favor, aud will protest against it.
