(PER riIESS ASSOCIATION.) Sydsky. May 3. Two men named Heed and Leonard were arrested to-day on a charge of being concerned in extensive frauds on the Tost Oflice Savings Bank. It is understood that the sum of L2r>oo is involved in the frauds. Ilealy, a '.-lcrk in the institution, has absconded. Pkrtn, May 3. Five additionnl cases of small-pox are reported, and two other cases are suspected.
