The Manchester Rifles will parade for inspection and drill on Thursday night. After the parade, those members who were present at the Johnsonville encampment, will receive their several shares of the balance earned. Captain Skerman. of the Marton Boyal Rifles, has forwarded his resignation to the Defenoe Office. Captain Skerman is one of the smartest officers in the service. The following are the handicaps for the competition on Wednesday next: —Sergt Saywell, Corps Saywell,. and Aitken, Vols P. Y. Lethbridge, Parker. Stevens, and Scott, spratoh ; Vols J. and E. Evans, 5 points ; Sergt Petherick, 7 points ; Volh Dougherty, and Robinson, 10 poinls ; Vols Pleasants, and Burlace, 12 poinls ; Vols Henson, and G. Leth« bridge, 14 points ; Vol Taylor, 15 points ; Vol Coombe, 16 points ; Col Sergt Milson, Sergt Gould, Vols Boyd, Boddy. Gunderson, and Humphrey, 20 points; Bugler Bellve, Vols Bleakley, E. Bennett, J. Bennett, Fisher, Groves, Giesen, James, Lankshear. McMurray, Wilson, and Weightinan, 2jj pqiuts.
