The regular meeting of the Wellington Land Board was held last Thursday. Preseut — The Commissioner and Messrs Fisher, Fitzherbert, and Fred Pirani. Wickcns for title for aection 36, Apiti, was approved, provided he proves the house has cost £70, as the ranger reported improvements £20 short of requirements. Applications for transfers approved —Watson and Signal to E. J. Rose, section 59, block VII, Apiti. Mr Wickens applied to sublet section 30 of block XIV, Pohangina, and it was decided to ask his reason for it.
