Mr Lethbridge (chairman) presided, and the following members of the committee were also present : — Messre Morey, Carthew, Curtis, Worsfold, Shearer, and Thompson. After hearing Mrs Lissaman and Miss Haynes Mr Lethbridge proposed, and Mr Worsfold 6econded, That the secretary be instructed to write to tho Wanganui Education Board, asking them to remove Mrs Lissaman from the school, on the grounds of disobedience of orders. — Carried. The committee then adjourned.
