Ths Farmers Alliance ye.pprt as follow^ on their sale at Birmingham yesterday : —The yards were full of sheep, and the entries of cattle were good. There was a large attendance of the public. Bid* dings were rather slow, bat all lines changed hnnds except three lots. Appended are the quotations :— Cattle : 18* months steers, £2 12s ; weaners, 23s 6d to 33s ; heifers in calf, £2 8s to £3 ss. Sheep : Wethers, 9s to 10s ; 6toolh ewes, 8s 8d ; ewes, mixed ages, 3s to ss; shorn mixed lambs, 4s to 4s tfd ; shorn wether lambs, os.
