(I'EU TRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, April 12. Seamen and firemen at Cardiff publicly burnod tickets issued by the Shipping Federation. Thoy alno decided to boycot all vessels on which men were paid less thau the union rate of wages. The shipping Foiloration has passod a resolution to the effect that whilo ceasing to parley with the union leaders, the/ are willing to employ any mcv who accept the free labour ticke;. Mr J. H. Wilson, M.P., is urging the Cardiff seamen and firemen. tP strike, so as to draw tho Shipping Federation's m6n from Hull. The Labour party has issued a manifesto in favour of a general strike.
