From this fund tho Directors ro commond tho payment of a dividond of o por cout for tho year. Our not earnings for tho yoar were £10,931 3s 8d- The Diroctors propose to distribute £8500, and to leavo a balance of £2431 3s Sd to further strengthen the dividend fuud, which will theu bo Xll.OJtf IS*.
