Several horses are already on the spot for the Feilding Races, on Easter Monday and Tuesday, and in addition to those trained locally, Sunbeam, Oaklands, Empire, Glenelg, Blooiusbury, Musket, and Oiuahu have arrived. Palmekstox North, March 27, Mr Lyons has instructed his solicitors to issue a writ for £200 against Sinison, of Opunake, for alleged damages in connection with the Stockboy-Biidger affair at the last Manawatu races, Mr Lyons being the present owner of tho horse.
