All entries must be sealed and adI dressed to the secretary (entrance money I enclosed) with age at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, performances, and colors of rider. 3. Any owner failing to declare his colors at time of entry will be fined 1 soy unless they are registered. 4. All races to be ruu under the rules of racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of New Zealand. 5. The advertised stakes will be paid in full without any dcductiori. 6. The committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for declaring weights as they may deem fit, 7.
