The Auckland Murder Case
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland. Alnrch 20. At the Waikomiti murder trial to-da3 T , Wilson, uncle of the accused Scott, stated that the prisoner, about two years ago, was charged with having obtained money by false pretences, when he (Wilson) gave evidence that Scott was weak in his mind. In the afternoon evidence was given as to the purchase of poisons by Scott. The Court adjourned till 10 o'clock to-morrow. It is expected the trial will last nil the week. Lady Hapetoun visited the Court this morning, and watched the proceedings for some time.
