Any owner failing to declare his colors at time of entry will be fined 1 gov unless they are registered. 4. All races to be run under tue rules of racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs ot New Zealand 5. The advertised slakes will be paid in full without any deduction. G. The committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for declaring weights as they may deem fit. 7 Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race (hack and huntor races excepted) or is not nominated at date of entry for any race (hack or hunter races excepted).
