NOTICE is hereby given that it is tho intention of the Feilding Borough Council, at a meeting to be held on the 14th day of March, 1893, to confirm the following resolutions, viz. : — (1). That the Feilding Borough Council do adopt the provisions of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886." (2). That a Special Rate of one penny in the pound be hereby made upon the rateable value of the whole of the rateable property within the Borough of Feilding for the purpose of paying the interest on a Loan to provide one-third of the cost of a bridge over the Oroua River at Aorangi, to be borrowed under the " Local Bodies Loans' Act, 1886,"' ancl under clause 15 of " The Public Works Amendment Act, 1889 " ; Such rate to be an annually recurring rate for 26 years, and payable in equal instalments on tbo first day of April and October in each year.
