Advertisements received without such instructions will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Advertisements inserted by the month or Quarter, nnd withdrawn nt anj lime before tbe expiry of a monthly or quar» terly period, are chnrged for as if inserted for the full term. Alterations for standing advertisements should be handed in by 2 p.m. the day before they are required to appear, and must not be made oftener than once a month. Subscribers who do not receiye their papers regularly arc requested to communicate with the Proprietors as soon as possible.
