All entries must be sealed and ad~ dressed to the secretary {entrance money , enclosed) with age at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, performances, and ' colors of rider. 3. Any owner failing to declare his colors at time of entry will be fined 1 soy unless they are registered. ' 4. All races to be run under tnc rules , of racing as adopted by the Metropolitan [ Clubs ot New Zealand. 5. The advertised stakes will be paid in full without any deduction. 6. The committee reserve the right to ' alter the date or time for declaring ' weights as they may deem fit. : 7 Hack means a horso that has never won an advertised race (hack and hunter 1 races excepted) or is not nominated at date of entry for any race (hack or hun- ' ter races excepted}.
