(I'Ktt PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Melbourne, January 13. The report of the liquidator of the Land Credit Bunk shows that the books of the institution were never balanced for years. The loss on Taylor's (late manager's) account was .£90,000, but if the accounts in which he was also interested were included their loss would amount to £140,---000. About £120,000 of unpaid capital was unlikely to be realised. Bad debts amount lo £217,000. The prosecution of the auditors is suggosted, but owing to lack of funds action must be left to the Government. Sydney, January 13. The prohibition on the importation ot New Zealand sheep has been removed. Brisbane, January 13. Several more deaths are reported from thirst out west.
