■ •— f^W A Members of the , Manchester Rifles Shooting Committee are requested to attend a meeting to be held Jin Mr Bray's office on Monday night 8 o'clock 1 .sharp, so as to start the. shooting ogam next Wednesday. Members of the Rifle* grill please take notice, that the first competition will be held for. the New Zealand Clothing Factory trophy next Wednesday. The committee hope to see a good muster. Before the N.Z. Rifle Association meeting commences, the following two questions will : have to be , decided*— (l) W hether rifles which a .number of members have imported fr,om England, at a cost of eight guineas each, may be used at the meeting; (2) whether) acifle dubs may enter for the teams' match members who live in places distant from 'the district in which such club is located. This point has arisen from the declared intention of the Petone Rifle Club to enter a team which includes A. Ballirager, Boss, of Napier, and Major ; kartell of jWanganilit.
