Wool Markets

(per press association.) London, December 14. At the wool sales, faulty and burry wools are neglected, and prices are weak all round. A large number of bales have been withdrawn. Australian shipments brought from 8d to Is l£d per Ib. Sydney, December 15. The wool market continues active and all description are meeting with good in. quiry. Prices have uot recovered from the recent slight fall, but competition is well sustained. French and German buyers are operating freely. Up to date 224,000 bales have been offered. Of 200,000 sold the following are the current prices ; greasy fleece good, 7?jd to B£d ; superior, 9d to lid ; lambs good, 6£d to 7.(d; superior, 8d to 9;Vd ; crossbreds good, 8d to B]d ; superior 9d to 93d.
