At a meeting of Sir M. Davies' creditors in Melbourne a statement was sub' mitted showing liabilities, L 121.321, and assets 128,769. The principal secured creditors are— The Bank of New South Wales, L 25.000; Bank oj Australasia, L 165 0; Commercial Bank, L6OOO.
