" An Outsider " writes complaining of the damage being done by stray cattle being allowed tp feed on the roads of the Borough, injuring fences and recently
planted trees. There can be no question tbat he has good grounds for complaint. On Manchester Square a few nights ago there was quite a large herd of cattle grazing without any person being in charge. Many of the trees planted there on Arbor Day are reported to have been nipped down, and their growth thus checked.
