NOTICE is hereby giyen that it is the intention of the Kiwitea Road Board, at a special meeting to be held on SATURDAY, the 22nd October, 1892, to strike or levy a Special Rate of one penny and seven eighths of a penny in the pound over the whole of the rateable value of the rateable property (Crown and Native lands excepted) within the Ongo Ward of ' the Kiwitea Road District, for the purpose of providing interest on a loan of £5000, to be borrowed under "Tbe Govern- . ment Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," such rate to be annually recurring for 26 [ years, and to be payable in equal halfyearly instalments on the Ist days of January and July in each year.
